Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026.

This policy applies to the OneEntry documentation website (the Site). OneEntry Portal LLC is the data controller responsible for the processing described below. Questions and requests concerning personal data may be sent to questions@oneentry.cloud.

Data we process

When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure necessarily processes technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status, referrer and user-agent. We use it to deliver and secure the Site, investigate errors and abuse, and maintain reliable service. Unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident or comply with law, identifiable server logs are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate usage of the documentation. A page-view request includes the visited URL, referrer, browser and device information and necessarily reaches Plausible from the visitor's IP address. Plausible states that it does not use cookies or persistent identifiers, does not store the raw IP address or user-agent, and processes website visitor data in the European Union. Aggregate statistics are retained while our Plausible account remains active or until we delete them. We use these statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Site. You may opt out below; we also honour the browser's Do Not Track setting.

The documentation search is provided by Algolia. To reduce search latency, the Site may ask your browser to prepare a connection to Algolia when a page loads; this can disclose network information such as your IP address to Algolia. A search query is sent only when you use the search function and may include the query, technical request data and information needed to return results. Algolia may also store limited technical information in browser storage to operate and route the search client. Algolia acts as a service provider under its applicable data-processing terms and retains service and security logs according to those terms and the configuration of our account.

If you contact us by email, we process your address, message and any information you choose to provide in order to answer and manage the correspondence. We normally delete correspondence within three years after the last interaction unless it must be retained longer for an active contractual matter, a legal obligation or a legal claim. Please do not send secrets, access tokens or unnecessary personal data.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers, Plausible and Algolia, and by professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Plausible states that website visitor data is processed in the European Union. Algolia and infrastructure providers may process data in other countries. Where applicable law requires it, OneEntry Portal LLC relies on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Retention and security

The ordinary retention periods are stated above. Data connected with an incident, contractual dispute or legal claim may be retained until the matter and applicable limitation period end. Data may also be retained where law requires a longer period. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise a right or ask about the applicable safeguards for an international transfer, email questions@oneentry.cloud. We may need to verify your request. Because Plausible does not retain information that identifies an individual visitor, it may not be possible to associate aggregate analytics data with you.

This Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data through it. External websites linked from the documentation are governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy when the Site or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new update date.
