Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 August 2026.

These terms govern access to and use of the OneEntry documentation website (the Site) operated by OneEntry Portal LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Documentation and permitted use

The Site provides information about OneEntry products and integrations. You may view, link to and make reasonable internal copies of the documentation for evaluating, integrating with or using OneEntry. No ownership right is transferred to you. Any broader reproduction, republication, sale, scraping for republication, or creation of a competing documentation service requires prior written permission unless applicable law or an identified open-source licence permits it.

The documentation is provided for general information. Features, examples and third-party services may change. You are responsible for testing code and configurations before production use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” without warranties, and OneEntry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the Site, bypass access or security controls, introduce malicious code, conduct abusive automated traffic, or use the Site in violation of law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property and third parties

Unless stated otherwise, the Site content, OneEntry name, logos and product interface materials are owned by or licensed to OneEntry Portal LLC. Third-party names, logos and products remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention describes compatibility or provides attribution and does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement. Open-source and third-party notices are listed on the Third-party notices page.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. OneEntry does not control their content, availability or terms.

Changes and contact

We may update the Site and these terms. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions or intellectual-property notices to OneEntry Portal LLC may be sent to questions@oneentry.cloud with enough detail to identify the material and the basis of the request.
