Main Interface Elements

1. Collaborative Editing

In each module, when editing a document, if another administrator makes changes to that document, you will see an icon indicating the name of the administrator. Attention! At this moment, all fields in the document will be locked until the save is completed.

2. System Notifications

System notifications are presented in three types:

Successful notifications appear in the case of successful changes saved in the system, such as adding a new set of attributes, changing the name of a form, or changing the position in the menu.

Warning notifications inform you that you do not have sufficient permissions, the size of uploaded files exceeds the allowed limit, the disk limit has been exceeded, and so on. In the notification text, you can always read the reason you received it.

Danger notifications will inform you when an operation has completed with an error, such as data indexing, processing attribute sets, or file uploads.

3. Top Information Panel

The top information panel is designed to inform about the ongoing indexing and any errors that have occurred.

The time icon with a numerical progress indicator informs about the ongoing data indexing. The "cross" button on the right allows you to cancel the indexing.

The green diamond with a checkmark indicates the successful completion of indexing.

The blue cloud icon indicates the current file upload.

The red diamond with an exclamation mark may indicate several problems.

  • File uploads are not possible - disk limit exceeded
  • You have exceeded the allowed number of records in the database. Adding records will be disabled
  • You have exceeded the allowed number of admin accounts in the database. Adding admins will be disabled
  • Data indexing error
  • The data index does not contain all the data To determine which error you have, simply hover your mouse over the icon.

4. Document Status Panel

The document status panel is designed to inform about the status of the open document.

The time icon with a numerical progress indicator informs about the ongoing data indexing. The "cross" button on the right allows you to cancel the indexing.

The Saved status indicates the successful saving of the edited document.

Valid means that all fields in the document meet the established conditions and the document is ready to be saved.

vvalid

Validating - the current state of document validation.

validating

Invalid - incorrect data in the document, saving will not be possible.

invalid

Not indexed - the document has not been indexed.

not-indexed

Not saved - the document encountered an error while saving.

Editing is disabled - updating data - editing the document will be prohibited if another user is currently working on it.
