Product Statuses

To create additional filtering conditions for catalog items in Platform OneEntry, the Product Statuses functionality has been added. In this tab, you can create a status that will serve as an additional filter alongside the existing conditions from the attributes.

Main Interface Elements​

1. List of Created Statuses​

Displays all created statuses. Each row in the list corresponds to one status.

The table has the following columns:

  • Name - this is the name of the status. By default, the label "Default" is displayed under the status name.

  • Marker - this is the unique

    Marker
    of each status.

  • Actions - actions available for each form, namely:

    editEdit - opens the status editing page.

    removeDelete - removes the status

2. Status Creation Form​

The status creation form contains two input fields:

  • Name - a required field where you must enter the status name;
  • Marker - a required field where you must enter a unique
    Marker
    for the status (only Latin letters and the characters "_" and "-" are allowed);
  • Add Button - adds the status, provided the entered data is valid.

3. Editing a Created Status​

The status editing page contains two text input fields and a checkbox:

  • Name - field for editing the status name;
  • Marker - field for editing the unique
    Marker
    of the status (only Latin letters and the characters "_" and "-" are allowed);
  • "Default status" - makes the status the default status. For a status that is already set as the default, the checkbox is unavailable: it cannot be unchecked, and you can only select another status as the default.
