Global Discount Settings

Global discount settings define the overall behavior of discounts in your project.

Discount Settings​

Allow Discount Stacking​

The checkbox determines whether multiple discounts can be applied simultaneously.

  • Enabled — discounts are summed up considering the maximum percentage.
  • Disabled — only one discount is applied according to the priority in the table below.

Stack Gifts​

The checkbox determines the behavior of gifts when multiple discounts overlap.

  • Enabled — gifts from multiple discounts are summed up.
  • Disabled — only the gift from the discount with the highest priority is given.

Gift Refund Policy​

The dropdown menu defines what happens when a refund request is made for an order that includes a gift:

  • Keep gift when requesting a refund — the gift remains with the buyer.
  • Disallow refund with a gift in the order — returning an order with a gift is prohibited.

Maximum Discount Percentage When Stacking​

This field is available when Allow Discount Stacking is enabled. It sets the maximum total discount percentage that a buyer can receive when multiple discounts are applied simultaneously (from 0 to 100).

Discount Priorities​

The table allows you to set the order of discount application in case of conflicts. Drag the rows to change the priority — the discount higher on the list has a greater priority.
