Personal Discount

The Personal Discount type works similarly to the Discount, but with the additional ability to restrict the application of the discount to specific user groups.

Differences from Discount​

The Personal Discount has two differences: an additional Users tab and a User attribute condition on the Conditions tab.

Users​

Defines which user groups have access to the discount:

  • Users — select one or more user groups. The discount will only apply to users from these groups (provided the other conditions are met).
Default Group

If no group is selected, the discount automatically applies to all users.

  • Exclusions — users who are excluded from the discount, even if they meet the other conditions.

User Attribute Condition​

On the Conditions tab, the personal discount has an additional User attribute condition: the discount applies if the user attribute meets the specified condition. As with the "Product attribute" condition, select the attribute, comparison condition, and value.

Full Configuration​

All other settings — General Information, Conditions, Application, Coupons, Gifts, Exclusions — are identical to the Discount type.
