Order info

The window with complete order information opens from the order list or by clicking on the orderId in the payment table.

Product Table​

Contains a list of all products in the order. For each product, the following is displayed:

  • Image
  • Name
  • SKU
  • Currency
  • Price
  • Gift — a label indicating if the product is a gift (added as a gift under discount conditions)
  • Quantity in the order
  • Stage — the current status of the item in the order

Editing Products in an Unpaid Order​

While the order is unpaid, the product table is available for editing:

  • You can change the quantity of the product.
  • You can remove the product from the order.

Refund​

This block is displayed if the order has been paid. It contains information about the refund with the option to leave a comment.

Order Attributes​

Data from the order form — fields filled out by the user during checkout (name, address, delivery type, etc.).

Payment History​

The table is displayed if the order has been paid. It contains a chronological history of payment events for this order.

Order History​

A timeline of all status changes and events related to the order since its creation.

Split Payment​

If there is a product with a split price in the order, the order becomes a split order — payment is made in parts through several payment sessions rather than all at once.

How It Works​

Each payment session covers one or more parts of any products in the order. The user chooses which parts to include in the current session:

  • Minimum — one part from any product.
  • Maximum — all remaining parts in the order (full payment in one session).
  • Parts from different products can be mixed in one session.

The order is considered fully paid when all parts of all products have been paid.

Mixed Order​

If the order contains both products with split prices and those without, products without a split are automatically treated as having one default part equal to the full price of the product. The payment logic remains unchanged.
