Xendit

Instructions for Connecting Xendit

The OneEntry Platform supports integration with the payment system Xendit. Choose this type of payment account if you want to accept payments through Xendit.

Create a Payment Account of Type Xendit

Instructions on how to create a payment account can be found here. In the "Type" field, select Xendit.

Fill in the Account Settings

Open the created payment account for editing. In the Details section, specify:

  • Success URL — the address to which the customer will return after a successful payment.
  • Cancel URL — the address to which the customer will return if the payment is canceled.
  • Session timeout — the lifespan of the payment session, after which the unpaid session becomes invalid.

Connect Xendit

In the Connect Xendit section, provide the credentials from your Xendit personal account (Xendit Dashboard → Settings → Developers):

  • Testing mode — testing mode. While the checkbox is checked, the connection works with Xendit's test keys; uncheck it to accept real payments.
  • API Key — the secret API key for your Xendit account (in the API Keys section).
  • Callback Token — the verification token for Xendit callbacks (in the Callbacks section). Used to authenticate incoming payment notifications.
  • Available payment methods — the payment methods that will be available to the customer. This field is mandatory — select at least one method. Available options include: CARDS, virtual bank accounts (BCA_VIRTUAL_ACCOUNT, BNI_VIRTUAL_ACCOUNT, BRI_VIRTUAL_ACCOUNT, MANDIRI_VIRTUAL_ACCOUNT, PERMATA_VIRTUAL_ACCOUNT, CIMB_VIRTUAL_ACCOUNT), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, LINKAJA, SHOPEEPAY, ASTRAPAY), QRIS, as well as ALFAMART and INDOMARET.

Changes are saved automatically.

Set Up Automatic Order Status Updates

Go to Payments → Statuses, select the desired order storage, and link the preset payment statuses with the statuses of your order storage. Then, upon payment events from Xendit, the order status will be updated automatically.

Custom Parameters for Payment API

As with other providers, you can add custom parameters specific to the Xendit API to the Xendit payment account (in the "Custom Parameters for Payment API" section). More details about this mechanism can be found in the "Accounts" section.
